What does delivery cost?
Standard delivery within the Netherlands costs € 4.95. FREE delivery applies to orders amounting to € 85.00 or more.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will be delivered within 2 – 3 working days, although orders may arrive somewhat sooner or somewhat later. Deliveries to destinations outside the Netherlands may take longer to arrive.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email. Please click on the tracking code to view the status of your order.
Where can I find my order number?
After an order is placed, an automated order confirmation email is sent from our email address (info@biciebasta.nl). If you have not received or cannot find the email, please check your junk folder, or email us from the address used to place the order and we will resend the email to you. Also make sure that info@biciebasta.nl has not ended up in your blocked sender list. Please contact us if you have unintentionally entered the wrong email address.
Can I make changes to an order already placed?
It is difficult for us to change orders. Once we receive your order, we process it almost immediately. If you are quick in contacting us, we can sometimes change your order.
If you would like to change an order, please inform us as soon as possible by completing our contact form.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot collect your order as we do not have a bricks-and-mortar shop.
